Strategic Operations Role

We are seeking a results-driven operations leader to drive excellence in education and student experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the end-to-end delivery and continuous improvement of our healthcare placement programs, ensuring seamless integration with strategic goals and partner expectations.
  • Development of workflow efficiency through CRM optimization and targeted training to support consistent system use across teams.
  • Promoting student communications and engagement, delivering a supportive experience throughout the placement journey.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with teams including Marketing, Admissions, and Student Success to align workflows, allocate resources, and implement academic partner processes.
  • Advocating scalable and sustainable operational practices that respond to evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary degree in Business or equivalent level of experience.
  • Demonstrated project management experience.
  • Experience in adult learning and adoption principles.
  • Understanding of CRM capabilities and field needs that pertain to it.
  • Familiarity with a range of data capture and reporting software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Outstanding listening and comprehension skills.
