We seek an experienced operations leader to spearhead the development of our healthcare placement programs.
The successful candidate will oversee the operational lifecycle of our placement programs, ensuring they are executed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Launch and execute new healthcare placement programs in alignment with strategic goals and partner expectations.
- Optimise workflow efficiency through CRM optimisation and targeted training for consistent system use across teams.
- Oversee student communications and engagement, providing a seamless and supportive experience throughout the placement journey.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Admissions, and Student Success teams to align workflows, allocate resources, and implement academic partner processes.
- Advocate scalable and sustainable operational practices that respond to evolving business needs.
- Postgraduate degree in Business or equivalent level of experience.
- Minimum 2 Years Line Management Experience (sales management preferred).
- Proven project management experience.
- Extensive stakeholder management experience.
- Experience in adult learning and adoption principles.
- Understanding of CRM capabilities and field needs.
- Familiarity with various data capture and reporting software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding listening and comprehension skills.
