Job Description

The Access Clinician Level 2 is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for coordinating and managing student placement deliverables for the Early Care Placement (ECP) and Demand Management contract. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration with senior management, staff, and stakeholders.

  • This includes supervising staff and/or students on placement, ensuring quality service provision, and facilitating knowledge transfer.
Responsibilities

The Access Clinician Level 2 will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and managing student placements in line with ECP and Demand Management contract requirements.
  • Providing clinical review and quality assurance processes in the Access Team.
  • Supporting the intake and allocation of new referrals.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in supervision, with a focus on supporting early-career clinicians.
  • Strong leadership skills, enabling effective collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated expertise in providing evidence-based therapeutic approaches to young people and their families.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including oral and written records.
