About the Role

As a Pavement Maintenance Specialist, you will be part of the Ipswich City Council's Roads and Drainage team, undertaking routine and reactive maintenance of the city's road network.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Operating machinery and plant such as skid steer loaders, rollers, and tractors to maintain roads and drainage assets.
  • Participating in teamwork plans to ensure a cohesive and productive team.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in asphalt maintenance.
  • Civil construction experience.
  • Bobcat operator experience.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A drive to deliver high-quality work standards.
  • A current Queensland MR Class drivers' license.
  • A General Construction Induction (white card).

Salary and Benefits

This is a permanent full-time position, Level 4-6, with a salary commencing at $64,571 plus superannuation of up to 12.5%.
