About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Gravel Road Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining over 250km of Ipswich's unsealed road network.

The successful candidate will have experience operating plant and equipment, including graders, loaders, and rollers. You will also need to be able to operate heavy vehicles, such as water trucks, and undertake detailed maintenance of roads and drainage infrastructure.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Current 'HR' Licence, Construction Induction Card (White Card), and the ability to undertake road maintenance activities using machinery and equipment. A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a salary range of $67,220 - $78,214 per annum, plus superannuation of 12.5%. We offer a supportive and inclusive workplace culture, opportunities for professional development, and a range of employee benefits.
