Job Title: Commercial Energy Consultant

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented sales professional to join our team as a Commercial Energy Consultant. As a key member of our commercial energy team, you will play a vital role in facilitating energy procurement and account management for commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Analyse the energy rates/usage on the comparison report.
  • Understand customer's goals, energy needs, and challenges to deliver personalized solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts with energy partners to secure optimal energy deals for customers.
  • Identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products or services that align with customer needs and provide added value.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand customer requirements and pain points.
  • Sourcing business development leads to build and develop your pipeline and ensure business growth.
  • Present tailored energy solutions that address specific customer needs and deliver maximum value.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals by effectively managing the sales cycle, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
  • Maintain a strong focus on revenue generation and profitability.

Requirements:

  • Business development experience: 1 year (preferred)
  • Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility with customers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand customer needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex concepts and solutions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools for managing accounts, tracking activities, and generating reports.

Working Conditions: This is a full-time, permanent position. You will be required to work Monday to Friday, with no weekends. You will have the opportunity to work from home, with occasional travel required.
