Marketing Coordinator Role Overview

As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in bringing our marketing strategy to life across all channels and businesses. This is an exciting opportunity to make your mark and contribute to the success of our organization.

  • Manage and maintain the Marketing Calendar as needed.
  • Complete required updates and maintenance on our website.
  • Upload marketing assets to in-store TV screens and troubleshoot issues with stores.
  • Administer budgets and track committed spend.
  • Manage and update menus and customer memberships as required.
  • Lead eCommerce growth for the business and manage internal communication on marketing priorities.
  • Create and manage project timelines for campaigns and events.
  • Work with external agencies to develop artwork for campaign materials.
  • Liaise with suppliers for printing and production of campaign materials.
  • Liaise with Centre Management and external agencies for asset distribution.
  • Complete campaign trackers and post-campaign analysis reports.
  • Develop and optimize content strategies to achieve brand goals and grow brand reach and engagement.
  • Establish processes and guidelines for social media management, including scheduling, reviewing and approvals of content.
  • Work with the team to create and schedule content for social media accounts.
  • Track and analyze data from social media content.
  • Complete formal reporting for management on social media KPIs.

Key Requirements
  • Hospitality and/or Retail industry experience preferred.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
  • Creative and innovative mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management, planning and organizational skills.
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills.
