Lead Portfolio Manager

Seeking an experienced Lead Portfolio Manager to oversee a >A$1 billion portfolio and lead strategic decision-making.

  • Oversee daily operations and make key decisions on new leases, CAPEX, developments, ESG initiatives, liquidity management, debt refinancings, variations to budgets, and execution of investment goals and strategies.
  • Primary point of contact with Investor Clients for regular updates on asset and overall portfolio performance, key opportunities, key risks, and ongoing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Asset Management, Development, ESG, Finance, and Capital Transactions.
  • Strategic input in driving process and systems improvement to enhance efficiencies across the fund and platform.
  • Support Senior Director, Portfolio Management, and Senior Management on key initiatives and ad-hoc workstreams related to the fund.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Business, Economics or Property discipline.
  • At least 10 years' relevant Real Estate experience.
  • Understanding of property investment appraisal techniques.
  • Ability to identify risk in transactions and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
