The role of Strategic Execution Manager plays a pivotal part in supporting the company's growth by shaping and driving the delivery of critical strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and refinement of the company's corporate strategy by collaborating with senior leaders.
  • Translate strategic ideas into clear, actionable plans that deliver real business impact.
  • Drive high-quality project delivery by managing resource allocation, stakeholders, and risks to achieve outcomes on time and within budget.

This is a mid-senior level position requiring 3-5 years of experience working in strategy development, change management, or related roles. Ideally, you will have worked in environments experiencing significant growth or transformation.

Strong skills in research, synthesising options, and influencing senior stakeholders with clear, compelling communication are essential. You will be comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively addressing challenges in dynamic contexts.

A commercially-minded professional with experience in cost-benefit analysis, financial modelling, and data-driven decision making. You will have a proven track record in project management, delivering outcomes in fast-paced, growth-focused environments.
