Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team.

This role involves providing technical support and advice to customers, with a focus on electrical, hydraulic and mechanical components for large off highway trucks and hydraulic mining excavators.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical trade qualifications, with excellent communication and organizational skills.


Key Responsibilities
  • Providing holistic technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
  • Collaborating with the Service and Parts departments to meet and exceed customer expectations.
  • Attending customer site meetings as required to resolve technical issues.
  • Planning and executing maintenance events, including liaising with site representatives and other stakeholders.


Requirements
  • Minimum mechanical or electrical trade qualifications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High standard of safety awareness and commitment to preventing accidents.
