Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to patient care by providing clinical support tasks aimed at increasing patient nutrition, cognitive stimulation, mobility, and functional independence as delegated under the supervision of health professionals involved in the program.
The Eat Walk Engage program is a multi-professional approach to early restorative care and delirium prevention in older patients. This innovative initiative has been designed to provide high-quality acute care for hospital inpatients.
