• Be a key member and driving force in leading OEM which genuinely ensures everyone is happy and safe at work About the Opportunity Due to growth of our business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Representative – Construction Equipment to join our Mackay team supporting our growing customer base in the Bowen Basin as well as on the coast. As a key member of the team, your responsibilities will include:
• Provide holistic OEM customer and technical support for our valued customers
• Manage an existing network of customers and source new customers to grow our business
• Promoting parts and service sales solutions to achieve company budgeted sales targets
• Working to a customer call cycle and actively building parts & service quotes tailored to customers' needs
• Reporting of activity, prospects, sales opportunities and competitor activity
• Attendance at customer site meetings as required to resolve technical issues
• Provide fluent customer relationship management, and a positive customer experience To be successful you will need:
• Technical understanding of earth moving and construction equipment
• Demonstrated success in a similar role
• Be self-motivated and be able to build long term relationships
• Excellent administration, communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to travel as required within your region
