As a Client Services Specialist at Perpetual, you will provide exceptional customer service to our clients and advisers within the Perpetual Client Solutions call centre. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining an up-to-date working knowledge of all products, performance, procedures, and business rules.
  • Providing clients/advisers with accurate and timely account information within service levels.
  • Educating clients/advisers about up-to-date products and services.
  • Ensuring notes of calls are placed on relevant systems.
  • Producing and sending statements and reports to clients/advisers when requested.
  • Reporting and escalating identified risks and issues to team leaders as appropriate.
  • Ensuring all Activity and Break Codes are entered correctly.
  • Adhering to key controls.
  • Ensuring no advice is given to clients.
  • Maintaining an awareness of policies and procedures.
  • Providing assistance to other areas where necessary.

Our ideal candidate will have previous call centre/customer service experience, strong customer service and relationship management skills, and an in-depth understanding of the financial services industry. They will also possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in computer literacy and MS Office suite.
