The Role

This position involves conducting thorough assessments of claims, ensuring accuracy and determining the appropriate course of action. As the primary contact for external stakeholders, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and claim resolution. Your duties will also include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, guiding clients through the claims process, and providing timely updates.
  • Maintaining accurate records of interactions and decisions, and preparing reports or updates as needed.
Your Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Prior experience in customer service (preferred but not essential; attitude and willingness to learn are key).
  • Flexibility to work evening shifts, finishing by 9:30 pm (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or other languages (desirable but not essential).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy with strong administrative skills.
