Customer Support Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, handling inquiries and providing exceptional customer experiences. Your focus will be on creating a positive experience for customers and brokers when they contact us.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the first point of contact for incoming new business inquiries, answering a range of inbound calls and leaving each customer with an amazing experience
  • Manage the enquiries inbox, ensuring a fast response at all times and passing requests to relevant teams swiftly
  • Align yourself to success metrics like: number of closed enquiries, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance

Requirements:

Junior - A role for someone with some basic skills, good motivation, and ability to learn. Typically less than 2 years of experience is required.

Key Skills:

  • Query Handling - Address and resolve queries, questions, and problems to ensure positive customer outcomes and experiences
  • Written Communication - Write in a clear and structured format to convey information and ideas effectively to a target audience
  • Learning Agility - Identify and apply strategies to enhance reception, retention, and use of newly acquired information, skills, and abilities
