Job Opportunity

The role of Mortgage Broker offers a chance to make a meaningful impact in the financial services industry.

This position is ideal for professionals who are passionate about delivering tailored lending solutions and helping clients achieve their goals.

As a Mortgage Broker, you will take full ownership of your sales pipeline, guiding clients from initial lead through to post-settlement.

You will deliver high-quality lending solutions, exceed monthly settlement targets, and build strong relationships with both clients and stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Diploma in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or equivalent) is required.
  • 3+ years' experience in mortgage broking, with a focus on commercial and residential lending, is essential.
  • Proven ability to interpret financial statements, tax returns, and company financials is crucial.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills are necessary.
  • Experience with loan variations, discharge applications, and compliance is important.
  • Knowledge of lending, housing market trends, and regulatory changes is also required.
