Job Title: Community Support Worker

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support clients with day-to-day tasks, such as cleaning and personal care.
  • Transport clients to appointments and shopping trips.
  • Prepare meals for clients.
  • Provide social support and respite for family members or carers.

As a Community Support Worker, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences. You will be responsible for providing practical support and companionship to enable them to live independently at home.

Key Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for providing care and support to others.
  • The ability to interact with people of all ages and backgrounds.
  • Reliability and a strong commitment to meeting deadlines.
  • An Australian driver's licence and access to a registered motor vehicle.
