Job Title: Community Support Worker

We are seeking passionate and caring individuals to make a difference in the lives of our clients by assisting them to live at home independently for as long as possible. This is an exciting opportunity to join a team where care goes both ways.

About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and connecting with our clients, assisting with day-to-day tasks, cleaning, tidying, washing, and other tasks within their care plan.
  • They will also transport clients to appointments and shopping, prepare meals, provide social support or respite for family/carers, and assist with personal care including showering and dressing (if qualified/fully trained).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting clients with daily living activities
  • Providing transportation to appointments and shopping
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Offering social support or respite for family/carers
  • Assisting with personal care

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to older Australians
  • Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
  • Reliable team player
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety
  • Australian driver's license and access to a registered motor vehicle
