Strategic Client Growth Manager

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team at Michael Page in Sydney or Melbourne. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the grocery, retail, or pharmacy sectors.
The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, including grocery chains, major retailers, and pharmacy groups like Chemist Warehouse.
Account Management:- Build and maintain high levels of satisfaction and trust with key accounts.
- Develop and execute account-specific strategies to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, marketing strategies, and product requirements. You will collaborate on merchandising, promotions, and stock management to optimize sales.
Negotiations:- Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions, and contracts with key clients.
- Evaluate mutually beneficial terms while maintaining competitive pricing strategies and profitability.
As a successful Key Account Manager, you will stay up to date with market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior. You will provide insights to internal teams to support product development and marketing strategies tailored to the retail and pharmacy markets.

What We Offer:- A highly competitive salary package: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum (depending on experience).
