Job Position:

Asset and Facilities Coordinator

This role is based on-site in Ascot Vale, where you will play a pivotal part in ensuring facilities operate efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a proactive attitude to step in and take charge when needed. They will be responsible for preparing and delivering regular reporting, managing CMMS data, work orders, and asset registers.

Key Responsibilities include coordinating contractors for soft and hard services, ensuring timely delivery against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), assisting with procurement of consumables and invoices, supporting facilities inspections, audits, and compliance requirements, building strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors, and providing administrative and operational support.
