Requirements include:

  • Experience leading planned and reactive facilities maintenance operations.
  • Expert knowledge of key building compliance legislation and standards.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Facilities Management, Asset Management, or related field.

This role requires an experienced and emotionally intelligent leader who can build trust, support team growth, and guide others through clarity, collaboration, and consistency.

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills are essential, including high-level report writing and negotiation.

The successful candidate will be able to motivate and engage the team to achieve goals and objectives while ensuring the safe, compliant, efficient, and customer-focused delivery of maintenance services.
