Operations Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of pallets and operations data, as well as processing manifests accurately and comprehensively.

  • Coordinating the movement of goods and materials
  • Processing manifests and documentation
  • Providing administrative support to site managers
  • Organizing and reviewing driver run sheets
  • Supporting load planning and dangerous goods handling
  • General administration tasks and operational activities

About You:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in an administrative capacity
  • Current Forklift Licence
  • Strong computer literacy skills
  • Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry (desirable)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
