Based on-site in Ascot Vale, you will play an important role in ensuring that facilities run smoothly while producing key performance and compliance reports for both internal and client stakeholders.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values teamwork in a small and supportive environment, and has a "can-do" attitude to step in and step up when needed.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and deliver monthly and quarterly reporting (grounds & gardens, compliance, performance, etc.)Manage and maintain CMMS data, work orders, and asset registers Coordinate soft and hard services contractors, ensuring delivery against KPIs Assist with procurement of consumables, purchase orders, and invoices Support facilities inspections, audits, and compliance requirements Build strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and subcontractors Provide general administrative and operational support to the
