Digital Performance Specialist

We are seeking a talented Digital Performance Specialist to drive high-quality advertising campaigns across various performance channels.

About the Role:
  • Assist with setting up, reporting and optimisation of paid performance campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Set up and implement end-to-end campaign tracking, including UTM and conversion tracking for Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
  • Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns on a day-to-day basis.
  • Produce monthly reports on campaign performance by analysing data and providing insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Performance Manager to develop new client strategy proposals and contribute to overall client strategies.
About You:
  • A self-motivated team player with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with social media advertising on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics (GA4). Google Ads experience is highly desirable.
  • A keen interest in staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies would be advantageous.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
