  • Continuous support and troubleshooting must be offered to frontline personnel, maintaining a helpdesk for quick resolution of issues. Regular check-ins with users must ensure they are comfortable with new technologies.\

Required Skills and Qualifications\

The following qualifications are required:

  • Experience in technical consulting, business consulting, technical training, project engineering/management, or related.\
  • Proven experience in digital implementation or a similar role.\
  • Evidence of a solid foundation within a technical domain.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in general terms.\
  • Preferred candidates will be able to demonstrate their ability to teach and/or explain concepts in an engaging manner.\
