We are currently looking for a Digital Performance Executive with 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing to join our team. This is an entry level position based out of our Perth office and reporting into the Digital Performance Manager. This full-time role will help deliver quality advertising campaigns across key performance channels, including Meta, Google Ads & SEO.

About the role:
  • Assist with setting up, reporting and optimisation of paid performance campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
  • Set up and implement end-to-end campaign tracking, including (but not limited to) UTM and conversion tracking for Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
  • Day-to-day management and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns.
  • Monthly reporting on campaign performance by analysing data, interpreting metrics and providing insights and recommendations.
  • Assist the Digital Performance Manager in building new client strategy proposals, making a strong contribution to overall client strategies.
  • Client campaign budget management.
  • Use platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, TikTok Business Centre.
About You:
  • A team player with the ability to self-organise, prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with social media advertising on Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics (GA4). Experience with Google Ads is a plus.
  • Experience with organic social media would be ideal, but not essential.
  • A passion for keeping up-to-date with the latest digital marketing and social trends.
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail.
  • Holds or is willing to obtain Facebook Blueprint and Google Ads certifications.
  • A current drivers' licence.
