Key Business Development Role

This is a senior business development position focused on expanding a portfolio across Australia's industrial and manufacturing landscape.

A significant opportunity exists to shape, influence and drive real outcomes within a growing innovation-driven business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying & developing new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Building strong, long-term customer relationships through a solutions-based approach
  • Executing short and long-term sales strategies to deliver measurable results
  • Working closely with internal teams to provide market insights and influence product direction
  • Owning the sales reporting and CRM activity (Salesforce/SAP experience a plus)
  • Delivering training sessions and product knowledge to internal and external stakeholders
  • Handling inquiries, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction from quote to delivery
  • Staying up to date with trends, competitors and innovations to stay ahead
Requirements
  • Experience in modular products (belts/chains) or similar industrial sales
  • Background in capital equipment or OEM solutions, preferred
  • Engineering knowledge or qualifications highly regarded
  • Confident communicator who can influence and lead
  • Strong planner with a track record of hitting and exceeding KPIs
  • Financially astute and commercially minded
  • Team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
