Implementation Manager Position

This role plays a crucial part in supporting the Implementation Manager in achieving departmental goals through successful consulting and implementation services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define Client Requirements, provide gap analysis, document, build, and configure solutions.
  • Partner with internal and external client stakeholders to develop executable plans.
  • Provide best-practice solutions based on customer-defined business needs and rules.
  • Successfully implement products and services within required timeframes.
  • Communicate with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle.
  • Anticipate, identify, and analyze risks, problems, and opportunities.
  • Apply project methodology, planning, follow-up, reporting, and quality assurance.
  • Review and measure progress against specified criteria and deliverables.
  • Display personal integrity and professionalism in all dealings with colleagues and clients.
Requirements:
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in an implementation environment with payroll knowledge.
  • Experience with project management methodology and success in previous roles.
  • Understanding of enterprise management systems or corporate enterprise reporting systems.
  • Ability to identify client risks and provide resolution options.
  • Proven experience in data mapping, conversion, and integrity.
  • Advance understanding of interface technologies and data exchange between payroll and third-party systems.
  • Experience working within a matrix organization for a US-owned organization preferred.
