The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced Implementation Associate to join a well-regarded investment operations team. This position is central to delivering new product launches, restructures, transitions, and operating model changes—all with a focus on seamless execution and excellent client outcomes.

Responsibilites

  • Oversee the planning and coordination of investment transitions, restructures, and product activity.
  • Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring their requirements are clearly understood.
  • Work alongside custodians, investment managers, consultants, and advisors to deliver smooth outcomes.
  • Apply appropriate governance standards and risk management throughout all implementation projects.
  • Provide timely data and information to portfolio and transition managers to support effective decisions.

About YouYou're a proactive and adaptable professional who enjoys working in complex environments and building trusted relationships. You're comfortable managing multiple priorities and influencing stakeholders at different levels.

  • Experience in financial services, with solid knowledge of fund accounting, unit pricing, investment administration, and custody operations.
  • Exposure to implementation, transitions, or project management.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence, consult, and engage stakeholders.
  • Good commercial and market awareness, backed by strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in finance, accounting, commerce, or a related discipline.
