  • Customer Success Planning: Develop comprehensive plans to drive customer value and success.
  • Product Adoption: Prescribe product adoption strategies to achieve key business outcomes.
  • Regular Reviews: Conduct regular executive business reviews to track progress and make informed decisions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement of customer advocacy measures.
  • Territory Planning: Prepare territory plans to define account strategies and align resources.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 5+ years' experience in a technology-related field.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a technology- or business-related field.
  • CX Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the CX industry and technology to drive consultative approach.
  • Digital Engagement: Strong ability to build relationships and engage customers using digital touchpoints.
