Mobile Service Specialist

Job Title: Mobile Service Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technician to deliver high-quality field services and repairs of plant and machinery for our customers.
The Role:
- Provide solutions and build relationships with customers
- Deliver hands-on services including travel to sites within the Maitland area to replace hoses in breakdown situations or complete new installation work on various machinery
- Work closely with the Operations Manager to ensure seamless service delivery
- Be available for overtime and a 24-hour on-call roster
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Trade / field services experience in fitting/mechanical background and/or hydraulics
- Ability to operate machinery, use tools and measuring devices accurately
- Good numeracy, verbal and written skills
- Strong work ethic and pride in workmanship
- Desire to be a team player
- Ability to prioritise to meet deadlines and problem solve
- Understanding of OHS and Safe Work Practices
- Current Manual Driver's Licence (and willing to obtain a Fork Lift Licence)
Requirements:
- Flexibility with working hours as after-hours availability is required
- Currently living in/near the Maitland area or willing to relocate
Training and Support:
- Full product and job training provided
- Vehicle and equipment provided for the role
