Senior Manager Operational Risk Frameworks Change Product

Rabobank is a leading specialist in food & agribusiness banking, with a strong commitment to adding long-term value for clients. Our Enterprise and Operational Risk team is a dynamic & high-performing team within the bank's Risk function, with a newly created ANZ regional role for a Senior Manager, Operational Risk Frameworks Change, Product & Execution Risk.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, embed & enhance Operational Risk frameworks, standards, policies, & tools for a portfolio of non-financial operational risks & sub-risks, including Change, Product & Execution related risks across Australia & New Zealand.
- Provide operational risk insights, specialist advice & independent challenge to support governance & oversight activities over specified Operational Risk Frameworks.
- Identify, design, implement & maintain enhancements to the Risk Management Framework in line with the global framework, & local regulatory expectations & requirements across Australia & New Zealand.
- Support reporting by undertaking analysis & providing insights to senior management & Risk Management Committees/ Business Approval Review Committee.
- Represent 2nd line & provide technical & specialised advice on operational risk matters, primarily related to Change, Product & Execution Risks.
- 8-10 years' work experience with at least 3 years in the financial sector in Operational Risk Management.
- Prior experience & knowledge in Risk In Change Frameworks.
- A thorough understanding of Operational Risk Management within the financial services industry & related regulatory standards (Basel II & APRA Prudential Standards including CPS-230 Operational Risk Management).
- A self-starter with the ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.
- Excellent attention to detail, demonstrable analytical skills & a high level of discretion.
