We are seeking an experienced claims specialist to join our team. As a key member of our claims unit, you will be responsible for assessing and resolving claims in a timely and fair manner.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and resolve claims in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure seamless claim resolution
• Maintain accurate records and documentation to support claim resolutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, finance, law)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in claims administration or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
