We are seeking an experienced Depot and Operations Manager to lead the optimization of operational performance across our regional depots and third-party warehouses in Victoria.

">

The role focuses on providing strategic and tactical leadership, overseeing all depot activities within the regional Victoria network, and managing third-party depot sites.

">

Key responsibilities include:

">
  1. Leading supply chain, operations, and administration of OFP Victoria depots, including warehousing, carton erecting, and distribution to fulfill customer orders.">
  2. Managing equipment, employees, agents, safety, logistics, and administration.">
  3. Overseeing all depot activities within the regional Victoria network and managing third-party depot sites, including machinery equipment location and maintenance.">
  4. Focusing on improving safety performance, third-party logistics performance, innovation, and cost initiatives across the Victorian depot network.">

Requirements:

">
  • Degree qualification (preferably in Warehousing, Supply Chain, or Business)">
  • At least 3 years of supply chain operations experience in a large organization with high SKU and customer complexity">
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders effectively on process and performance matters">
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP">
  • Ability to negotiate and build relationships with internal and external parties, and relate to individuals at all levels within the organization">
  • Well-developed leadership skills to manage and influence a diverse, large team">
  • A safety champion with a good understanding of safety standards and responsibilities under chain of responsibility and WHSE legislation">
  • Experience in effective cost management, negotiation, and supplier management">
