Job Title: Workday Functional Lead

We're seeking a highly skilled individual to drive the success of our organization. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal leadership role, working across functional workstreams, guiding the delivery team, and ensuring the program aligns with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end coordination of Workday functional workstreams across the program lifecycle.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure business needs are accurately reflected in functional designs and processes.
  • Work alongside the Project Manager to maintain project health, ensure timely delivery, and proactively manage risks and dependencies.
  • Guide offshore and onshore team members on delivery expectations, blockers, and best practices.
  • Review key deliverables for consistency, completeness, and quality, raising red flags before they become issues.
  • Facilitate design reviews, testing plans, and process validation to ensure scalable, user-centric outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 8–12+ years of experience in Workday implementation, with hands-on exposure to functional modules.
  • Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Time tracking, or other modules.
  • Experience leading and managing offshore delivery teams, on complex transformation projects.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, with an ability to interact effectively at all levels.
  • An eye for quality, consistency, and what 'good' looks like in Workday delivery.
  • A flexible, pragmatic mindset, willing to get hands-on when the situation calls for it.
