At HOYTS, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a critical role in assisting us in achieving our strategic goals, KPIs, and budgets during the busy Q4 Christmas period.

The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the team with a variety of tasks, including administration and data entry of sales orders and bookings, liaising with corporate and community clients for the execution of events, and supporting the sales team to achieve sales budgets.

We're looking for someone with excellent people skills, an eye for detail, and experience in event sales or a related field. If you're a natural communicator and have advanced computer skills using Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, we'd love to hear from you.
