About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team at Travel Trade Recruitment. As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team to drive efficiency and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Utilize your GDS knowledge to assist with looking up PNRs for customer details.
  • Manage sales data, orders, and documentation to ensure smooth workflows.
  • Facilitate effective sales operations and customer interactions.
Requirements
  • Proven B2B inside sales coordinator experience.
  • Proficiency with at least one Global Distribution System (GDS).
  • Experience in self-ticketing and supporting ticketing operations.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
The Package
  • Competitive salary of $70,000 - $75,000 + Super.
  • Monday to Friday - no weekends.
  • A dynamic and supportive work environment.
