The Role

  • Servicing and managing clients as directed by the Account Director, ensuring exceptional customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Preparing client reports, providing valuable insights and recommendations to enhance relationships.
  • Liaising with underwriters, insurers, and other key industry stakeholders to facilitate seamless transactions and maintain strong partnerships.
  • Assisting the Account Director with client renewal programs, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Actively marketing WTW and developing new business, leveraging expertise and networks to drive success.
  • Managing customer records and database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for informed decision-making.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to resolve client queries and provide timely solutions.
  • Processing insurance closings, endorsements, and policy certification/wordings, maintaining compliance and accuracy.
  • Claims management, working closely with clients and insurers to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients, insurers, and other key partners, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service.
  • Exploring cross-selling opportunities, such as Employee Benefits, Construction, Workplace Risk, M&A, and Financial Lines, to expand services and revenue streams.

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for aviation and business development, we encourage you to apply.
