Leisure World is seeking a Casual Lifeguard to support the delivery of our services while maintaining high standards in public relations and customer care. This role requires a team player who can provide lifesaving assistance and first aid while ensuring a safe aquatic environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising the pool area to ensure a safe environment
  • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with pool operations
  • Acting as a positive role model and ambassador for Leisure World
  • Providing first aid and lifesaving assistance when required

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working as a lifeguard in a centre-based facility
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Availability to work weekend, early morning, and evening shifts, as required
  • Working with Children Check card
  • Pool Lifeguard certificate
  • Current police clearance (less than three months old)
