Job Title: Senior Pool Operations ManagerAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced and reliable individual to join our team as a Senior Pool Operations Manager. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our aquatic programs.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day activities of our pool operations team, including opening and closing procedures, maintenance tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

You will also be responsible for maintaining operational procedures, including plant and equipment management, and ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for all visitors.

In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for someone who is proactive, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities
