Auto Electrician Position

This role offers the opportunity to work as a skilled Auto Electrician, completing pre-delivery fit-up work on new and used vehicles.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out pre-delivery fit up work on new and used vehicles
  • Ensure high quality workmanship on Mack, UD and Volvo products
  • Access diagnostic information, product specialists, and specialist tooling
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities
Requirements
  • Relevant Auto-Electrical trade certificate
  • Experience in a heavy road transport service and repair environment
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Positive and proactive approach to work
  • Ability to mentor and develop apprentices on your team

As an experienced Auto Electrician, you will be responsible for completing pre-delivery fit up work on new and used vehicles. You will provide high quality workmanship on Mack, UD and Volvo products, ensuring that they meet the standards expected by these brands. You will also have access to diagnostic information, product specialists, and specialist tooling, allowing you to stay up-to-date with the latest technology and techniques.

This role requires a relevant Auto-Electrical trade certificate and experience in a heavy road transport service and repair environment. You should also have a high level of computer literacy, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently. Additionally, you should be positive and proactive in your approach to work and able to mentor and develop apprentices on your team.
