Leisure World is seeking a Casual Lifeguard to support the delivery of its services while maintaining high standards in public relations and customer care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the pool to ensure a safe aquatic environment for patrons.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to prevent accidents.
  • Act as a positive role model, promoting a culture of safety and respect.
  • Provide lifesaving assistance and first aid when needed.

The ideal candidate will possess demonstrated experience working as a lifeguard in a centre-based facility, strong customer service and communication skills, and ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with diverse individuals.

Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working as a lifeguard in a centre-based facility.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with diverse individuals.
  • Availability to work weekend, early morning, and evening shifts, as required.
  • Pool Lifeguard certificate.
  • Current police clearance (less than three months old).
