Aquatic Educator Role

We are seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Aquatic Educators to join our team at Leisure World.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging swim lessons in accordance with Austswim or Swim Australia standards, promoting student progress and satisfaction.
  • Create personalized weekly lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of students, ensuring an inclusive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
Requirements
  • Possession of current National Police Clearance (obtained within the last three months).
  • Holding a valid Working with Children Check card.
  • Certification in First Aid and Resuscitation techniques.
  • Austswim Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety qualification.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, mornings, or afternoons as required.
Desirable Skills
  • Teacher of Infant & Preschool Aquatics, Access & Inclusion, Adults, Competitive Strokes qualifications.
