">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team at Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre Yarrawonga. As a casual educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality education and care to our children, working collaboratively with our dedicated team to create a safe and engaging learning environment.
Job Overview
">This is a casual position available Monday to Friday, offering above award wages and a range of benefits, including relocation assistance for eligible candidates. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of children and families, contributing to their growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
">- Provide high-quality education and care to children, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development;
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and implement engaging and inclusive programs;
- Maintain a safe and hygienic environment, adhering to National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures;
- Develop strong relationships with children, families, and community members, promoting a sense of belonging and connection.
Requirements
">- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent) or higher qualification;
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards;
- Current Working with Children Check (VIC);
- Flexibility to work a varied roster, including mornings, afternoons, and occasional evenings;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, communicating effectively with colleagues and families.
