About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a solutions-focused professional to engage with customers and resolve emerging problems in a full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring all customers understand our current product and service offering and responding to technical customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Pre-qualifying and following up on quotes, with feedback reported via the appropriate channels.
  • Preparing and analysing reports on new business development opportunities.
  • Collaborating with internal sales teams to allocate major projects and ensure strong communication between departments.
  • Contributing to process improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing solutions.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Successful completion of School Certificate or equivalent. Trade Qualification would be advantageous.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a customer-facing position, ideally in a manufacturing or trade environment.
  • Strong communication and proven ability to build lasting relationships with stakeholders.
  • Exposure to interpreting engineering drawings or the willingness to learn would also be highly advantageous.
