Building Relationships as a Customer Banking Specialist

We deliver exceptional banking experiences to millions of customers, with our Retail Banking Services team being the public face of our institution.
In this position, you will work closely with customers to understand their overall banking needs, including Home Loans and Business Banking services. You will also provide financial advice and support customers through various credit products applications.
- You will engage in comprehensive conversations with customers, address their enquiries and process credit product applications.
- You will conduct Financial Health Checks to assess customers' financial requirements and identify potential changes.
- You will educate customers on our in-branch technology and digital banking options, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
We are seeking individuals with experience in delivering outstanding customer service, preferably within financial services, retail or hospitality sectors.
Key skills include excellent communication skills, ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly, and genuine interest in building a long-term career with our institution.
