Project Lead Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to spearhead our Global Sourcing initiatives and drive strategic development for cost savings, re-sourcing, and product launches.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, developing and executing sourcing project plans, and creating engaging PowerPoint presentations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading global sourcing projects and managing cross-functional teams
  • Developing and maintaining sourcing project plans for successful execution
  • Creating high-impact PowerPoint presentations for stakeholder engagement
  • Capturing supply chain costs, including freight, duties, overhead, labor, and more
  • Maintaining effective communication with external providers and internal stakeholders through written and verbal correspondence
  • Resolving product, supply, or supplier issues in a timely manner
  • Providing miscellaneous reports, analysis, and project management as needed
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, Math, or a related field
  • 8-10 years of experience in sourcing and supply chain management
  • 3+ years of global sourcing experience in the medical device industry
  • Demonstrated success in achieving significant cost savings results
  • Proven ability to influence individuals internally and externally, while leading cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and applied knowledge in supply chain concepts, including logistics, planning, inventory management, sourcing, negotiations, contracts, vendor relationships, and ERP system proficiency
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to travel 10-20% of the time, including overnight travel
