Commercial Sales Leader - Plastics

We're seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth and customer engagement in the Victorian market.

This exciting opportunity involves managing key accounts, identifying new revenue streams, and developing strategic partnerships.

You'll be responsible for delivering innovative packaging solutions that align with our sustainability goals, particularly in promoting recycled plastics.

About the Role
  • Lead and grow existing customer relationships to achieve revenue and margin targets
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities in key market segments
  • Develop and execute sustainable packaging initiatives through recycled plastics
  • Collaborate across internal teams to deliver projects and support customers
  • Provide accurate forecasting and reporting using CRM tools
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights for growth
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or account management in packaging or a related B2B sector
  • Proven track record of revenue growth and strategic customer management
  • Strong knowledge of the Victorian market and packaging trends
  • Experience with solution-based selling and sustainability-driven value propositions
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, or VRM)
