Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales or account management in the packaging or related B2B sector
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building successful customer relationships
- Strong knowledge of the Victorian market and plastics industry trends
- Experience with solution-based selling and sustainability-driven value propositions
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, SAP, or VRM)
