Monitoring Centre Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Monitoring Centre Operator to join our team.

About The Opportunity

This is a key role where you will be responsible for monitoring alarms and CCTV, identifying potential incidents, attending to high-volume calls, and liaising with stakeholders and clients.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Alarm Monitoring: Continuously monitor alarms and CCTV systems to identify any potential incidents or issues.
  • Incident Management: Identify and manage potential incidents in a timely and effective manner.
  • Customer Service: Attend to high-volume calls from clients and stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Liaison: Liaise with police, internal stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless communication and resolution of issues.
  • Data Entry: Perform occasional data entry tasks as required.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively within a team environment to achieve common goals and objectives.
